AYF Interns Document Three Days Exploring Dilijan
Three days in Dilijan: Stories from an AYF Internship excursion

An intern with the Armenian Youth Federation documented a three-day excursion to Dilijan, Armenia, highlighting activities and cultural experiences. The group visited the Armenian Alphabet Monument, the grave of military leader Drastamat Kanayan, and participated in whitewater rafting. Days included visits to Lake Parz and Goshavank Monastery, where they spoke with a priest about diaspora identity and returning to Armenia. The interns hiked to Lastiver campground and prepared kebab together. Throughout the trip, the group engaged in traditional Armenian games, music sessions at a local cafΓ©, and informal bonding.
