The rules of the directory.

Using Armenian Listing — browsing, searching, submitting a listing, buying a subscription, donating — means you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old to post a listing, buy a paid subscription, or make a donation. Anyone can browse — but the directory itself is intended for an adult audience.

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. If you think someone else has accessed your account, email hello@armenianlisting.com and we'll help you lock it down.

When you submit a business, event, job, car, marketplace item, deal, or any other listing, you grant Armenian Listing a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, format, and promote that content on the site and in related communications (search results, social posts about the directory, newsletter highlights). You keep ownership of what you submit.

You promise that everything you submit is accurate, that you have the right to post it, and that it isn't spam, illegal, discriminatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise abusive. We moderate every submission and reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove anything that violates these terms or the spirit of the directory — without notice and without owing you a refund.

Armenian Listing offers paid products on top of the free directory. Current prices, billed via Stripe:

• Verified — $9.90/mo or $99/yr. Verified badge and priority placement in search.
• Featured — $49/mo or $499/yr. Top-of-category placement, photo gallery, social links.
• Category Sponsor — $29/mo. Sponsored slot on a single category's pages.
• Spotlight Banner — $79/mo. Rotating banner across directory pages.
• Homepage Slider Ad — $149/mo or $1,299/yr. Slot in the homepage carousel.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the Stripe billing portal linked in your account. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — we don't refund partial months or partial annual periods. Annual subscribers can switch to monthly at the next renewal.

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice to current subscribers. Your current rate stays in place through the end of your paid period.

Donations are voluntary, non-refundable, and used to operate the directory. See the donate page for the current 501(c)(3) status. If our nonprofit status changes, the receipt language on the donate page will reflect it; past donations are not retroactively re-classified.

Armenian Listing is a directory, not a transaction platform. We host listings; the people in the listings handle the transactions. That means:

For /cars, /buy-sell, /real-estate, and any future peer-to-peer rental, lease, or sale feature: we do not verify the identity of buyers or sellers, the condition of vehicles, the validity of titles, the insurance status of drivers, the legitimacy of registrations, the truth of any claim a seller makes about their item, or the safety of any meeting or transaction between users. Every transaction happens directly between the people involved.

Use common sense. Meet in public places. Inspect vehicles before paying. Verify titles independently. Don't wire money to strangers. If you're listing your vehicle for rent or lease, carry your own commercial coverage — homeowner or personal auto insurance generally won't cover commercial use.

We're a place to find each other; we are not a party to the deal, and we're not liable for what happens after introduction.

If you believe content on the site infringes your copyright, send a notice to dmca@armenianlisting.com with the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

• A signature (physical or electronic) of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• The URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material on Armenian Listing.
• Your contact information (address, phone, email).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

We respond to valid DMCA notices promptly and will counter-notify the affected user. Bad-faith takedowns can result in liability under § 512(f).

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't warrant that the directory is complete, error-free, or uninterrupted, that listings are accurate, or that any business, event, job, vehicle, item, or deal you find through the site will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Armenian Listing's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the site is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or US $100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or lost opportunities — even if we were told they were possible.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute between you and Armenian Listing will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll bump the "last updated" date and, for big changes, notify people with active accounts by email. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
