Prosecutor brings public criminal charges against Azerbaijani citizen Musaev
Armenia's Prosecutor General's Office has initiated criminal charges against Azerbaijani citizen Nasimi Rahim Ogli Musaev following an October 2 incident in Syunik Province. Musaev, identified as an Azerbaijani serviceman, was detained after allegedly shooting an Armenian citizen in the leg in the village of Shaki.
