Two more charges brought against Azerbaijani serviceman who illegally entered Armenia
The Armenian Prosecutor General's Office has brought two additional charges against Azerbaijani serviceman Nasimi Musayev, who illegally entered the Shaki settlement in Sisian, Syunik Province on October 1.
Musayev now faces charges including causing grievous bodily harm with a weapon, illegal firearms trafficking, and violation of residential inviolability. Two new charges have been added: illegal crossing of the state border under Article 469, Part 1 of Armenia's Criminal Code, and firearms smuggling under Article 340, Part 1.
The separately initiated proceeding has been consolidated with the main criminal case, according to the Prosecutor General's Office.
