The Tour of Armenia will make its debut on the UCI Europe Tour calendar September 10-13, marking a new 2.2-category professional cycling race. The four-stage event, organized by the Armenian Government and Armenian Cycling Federation with technical support from RCS Sports and Events, will span 587 kilometers across the regions of Gegharkunik, Tavush, Lori, and Aragatsotn, concluding in Yerevan.

The race features diverse terrain, beginning with a 135-kilometer sprint stage from Gavar to Mets Masrik along Lake Sevan, followed by a challenging 177-kilometer mountain stage with 2,400 meters of elevation gain. The third stage covers 162 kilometers from Martuni to Dilijan, while the final stage consists of 10 circuits around Yerevan's capital. Officials aim to establish this as an annual event to promote Armenia's international sporting profile and sports tourism.
