Lydian Armenia has signed a Community Development Agreement with Armenia's Ministry of Economy and the communities of Jermuk, Vayk, and Sisian surrounding the Amulsar Gold Mine. The company will contribute $7 million annually during construction and production phases, increasing to $9 million if average gold prices exceed $3,550 per ounce.

Under a two-basket allocation model, 70 percent of funds will be distributed among the three communities based on population, land use, and proximity to mine infrastructure, with each settlement guaranteed at least 20 percent of its community's share. The remaining 30 percent will fund competitive community development projects.

Funds will be managed through an Amulsar Community Development Fund with a board comprising four Lydian Armenia representatives and one representative from each community. The agreement establishes oversight, reporting, and auditing procedures to ensure transparent management.
