Khachkar Studios Launches Program to Boost Armenian Church Attendance
Khachkar Studios releases new Masterclass #3 – Revitalizing Churches Worldwide
Khachkar Studios has released Masterclass #3, "Revitalizing Churches Worldwide," addressing declining attendance at Armenian churches in the United States. The program highlights that only 7 per 1,000 Armenian women ages 18–29 attend church on typical non-holiday Sundays, placing U.S. Armenian churches 22nd among 23 Orthodox Christian groups studied.
The masterclass outlines four goals and seven steps to revitalize churches through the T•A•P framework—Transparency, Accountability, and Performance. Topics include financial transparency, clergy training, church operating models, and Social Return on Investment metrics.
The program includes a 22-minute instructional video with an 18-slide condensed version and an 87-slide complete deck. Khachkar Studios has committed $100 million to educate the Armenian community on these issues. The masterclass encourages leaders and community members to participate in a "Bring a Friend. Bring a Family Member" campaign.
