Eagle Partner 2026 Military Exercise Begins in Armenia
Eagle Partner 2026 kicks off, bringing together Armenian, U.S., French and Greek forces
A multinational military exercise called Eagle Partner 2026 has begun in Armenia, running through June 25. Now in its fourth year, the joint drills involve personnel from the Armenian Armed Forces Peacekeeping Brigade, the U.S. Army Europe and Africa, and the Kansas National Guard, according to the U.S. Embassy in Yerevan.
For the first time, armed forces from France and Greece are participating, expanding the exercise's international scope. The drills aim to strengthen interoperability among participating forces, exchange best practices, and enhance readiness for international peacekeeping operations. The exercise builds on established defense cooperation between Armenia and the United States.
