AYF Members Gather for ARF Educational Weekend in New York

Fourteen members of the Armenian Youth Federation gathered in Liberty, New York, from May 29-31 for the annual ARF Educational Weekend, an event designed to deepen participants' understanding of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation's history, mission and contemporary work.

The three-day program featured lectures by ARF representatives covering the organization's founding in 1890 and its historical role in Armenian communities; current political developments in Armenia and regional challenges; pathways for young Armenians to assume leadership roles; and the ideological foundations of committed ARF membership.

Following the presentations, speakers participated in a panel discussion where attendees posed questions submitted in advance and raised additional topics. Organizers said participants left with expanded knowledge of ARF initiatives across the Eastern Region and renewed commitment to organizational involvement.
