New Jersey gears up for 92nd AYF Olympics

The Armenian Youth Federation will host its 92nd Olympic Games in northern New Jersey and Rockland County, New York, from September 3-7, 2026. The event, a longstanding tradition dating to 1934, will feature athletic competitions in golf, tennis, swimming, softball, and track and field across five venues, with the Teaneck Marriott serving as headquarters.
Athletic events are free and open to spectators, with complimentary transportation provided. The weekend will include evening entertainment featuring live Armenian music and dancing, as well as alumni celebrations and awards ceremonies. The AYF Olympics have recorded more than 15,000 results involving 2,600 athletes across 91 previous editions, making it one of the Armenian American community's longest-running annual traditions.
