Armenia Issues Centennial Stamp for Armenian Radio

Armenia's postal service Haypost has released a commemorative postage stamp marking the 100th anniversary of Armenian Radio, according to Public Radio of Armenia.

The stamp, valued at 320 AMD, features a collage tracing the evolution of Armenian Radio from its 1926 founding through 2026. The design includes symbolic illustrations of the broadcaster's history and its audience, along with "ARMENIAN RADIO" text in both Armenian and English.

The stamp was officially unveiled on November 3, 2026, by Deputy Minister Gevorg Mantashyan, Haypost CEO Shushan Aleksanyan, and Public Radio of Armenia Executive Director Armen Koloyan. The 60 x 30 mm stamp was designed by David Partamian and printed in Belgium by bpost Philately & Stamps. A total of 10,000 stamps were produced, with eight stamps per sheet.
