Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan confirmed that European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen will visit Armenia in the coming days. According to Pashinyan, facilitating Armenian agricultural exports to the European Union market will be a key agenda item during the visit.

Pashinyan noted that Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan recently participated in EU foreign minister meetings in Brussels to advance export opportunities. The prime minister expressed hope that Armenia will receive "exceptional opportunities" in agricultural market access and plans to make a joint announcement with von der Leyen on the matter.

Pashinyan also addressed regional cooperation, stating that Armenia will become integrated into regional initiatives through the TRIPP project. He emphasized the importance of South Caucasus countries viewing the region as interconnected while respecting individual national interests.
