Poland extradites wanted Armenian national to Armenian authorities
Poland has extradited a wanted Armenian national, identified as G.K., to Armenian authorities at the request of Armenia's Prosecutor General's Office. G.K. faces multiple charges including illegal access to computer networks as part of an organized group, deployment of malware to modify stored information for financial gain, and large-scale theft using computer technology. The suspect is also accused of money laundering related to proceeds from criminal activity conducted as part of an organized group. Officers from Armenia's Ministry of Internal Affairs Police transported G.K. to Yerevan following the extradition. The case underscores international cooperation in combating organized cybercrime.
