Pashinyan Urges Swift Implementation of TRIPP Project
Pashinyan says work on TRIPP project should move forward as quickly as possible
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has called for accelerating implementation of the TRIPP (Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity) project despite the agreement still being in ratification stage. Pashinyan indicated that preparatory work is already underway and noted that the United States has made a preliminary financing decision and established a fund to support the TRIPP project alongside other regional initiatives. While declining to cite specific funding figures, the Prime Minister emphasized that substantial resources have been allocated. Pashinyan stressed that Armenia will fulfill its obligations and move forward with necessary steps without waiting for formal ratification procedures to conclude. He stated that both Armenia and the United States share this approach of proceeding expeditiously with the project.
