Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan outlined his "Real Armenia" ideology at the Third Global Armenian Summit in Yerevan, emphasizing that the state is central to Armenian identity and future development. Pashinyan argued the ideology aims to protect and preserve Armenian identity by treating the nation-state as the homeland. He addressed criticism of the concept, stating that an ideology's ability to respond to questions demonstrates its viability.

Pashinyan stressed that Real Armenia is based on the internationally recognized territory of the Republic of Armenia. He described Armenia's relationship with the diaspora as reciprocal, stating the republic offers itself as a homeland to diaspora communities while establishing new institutional frameworks, including a High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs office and diaspora commissioners abroad.

The summit, held November 5-8, brought together approximately 800 participants—600 from the diaspora and 200 from Armenia—to discuss cooperation priorities and engagement opportunities.
