Lorik Fund Supports Displaced Artsakh Children Through Programs
Children’s Day programs support displaced children of Artsakh

On International Children's Day, the Lorik Humanitarian Fund organized programs in California and Armenia to support children displaced by the September 2023 Artsakh conflict. In Glendale, the fund granted 1 million Armenian drams to the Hayorti Foundation, which supports children of fallen Armenian soldiers, funding a Children's Day event with games and activities.
In Gyumri, students from the Artsakh Tsil Children's Studio—supported by Lorik since November 2024—participated in cultural celebrations featuring puppet performances and community displays. The studio offers free instruction in drawing, dance, carpet weaving, photography and Armenian cultural arts to local and displaced children.
Lorik Humanitarian Fund has expanded its support for displaced families beyond education, providing 114 scholarships totaling approximately $60,600, housing for 13 families, and launching a Small Business Development Program with 185 applicants.
