Major General Ali Abdollahi, chief of staff of Iran's Armed Forces, said the country would respond with "crushing, punishing and devastating" actions across military and cyber domains. Iran's parliament speaker Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf, who leads U.S. negotiations, said Washington appeared unable to achieve military victory and accused the U.S. and Israel of waging economic and "cognitive" warfare against Iran.
