Armenia's Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan met with the International Monetary Fund's newly appointed Mission Chief to review the country's economic reform progress and regional development projects.
Tieman, who assumed the role of IMF Mission Chief for Armenia in June 2025, leads the IMF team responsible for evaluating Armenia's economic performance and overseeing implementation of joint reform initiatives between the two parties.
The meeting reflects ongoing coordination between Armenia's government and the IMF on fiscal policy, structural reforms, and economic stabilization efforts. Such reviews are standard practice under IMF assistance programs and help assess progress toward agreed-upon financial and institutional benchmarks.
