Gyumri's Victory Park to Receive Major Renovation

Armenia's government has allocated approximately $469,000 to renovate Victory Park in Gyumri, the country's second-largest city. The project follows an 80/20 state-community investment model, with the national government contributing 68.8 million AMD and the local community contributing 17.2 million AMD from a total budget of 86 million AMD. The renovation addresses long-standing maintenance needs at the public space.
