The Erebuni Historical and Archaeological Museum-Reserve in Armenia has completed extensive infrastructure improvements over the past year, according to Public Radio of Armenia. The work included removal of approximately 20 truckloads of accumulated waste, renovation of the 750-square-meter roof, and refurbishment of a 150-square-meter inner courtyard. The museum's second floor underwent major renovations, while new ventilation and fire alarm systems were installed to enhance visitor safety and working conditions. The sewage and irrigation systems were also cleaned and repaired. Grounds improvements included planting 100 Italian cypress trees and planning replacements for vegetation damaged by the non-functioning irrigation system. Two museum vehicles were fully repaired. An artificial archaeological excavation site used for educational programs was also renovated.
