AYF-YOARF Juniors Reflect on Organization's Impact

Young members of the Armenian Youth Federation-Young Olympians and Armenians of the Republic of the Future (AYF-YOARF) have shared why they value their participation in the organization, which has served Armenian youth for over 90 years. In interviews across chapters nationwide, Juniors emphasized themes of cultural connection, friendship, and community service. Members from Boston, Philadelphia, Albany, and Detroit highlighted how the organization strengthens Armenian identity and creates lasting bonds through educational programs, athletic competitions, and social events. The organization provides a space where Armenian youth develop leadership skills, learn heritage, and form meaningful relationships with peers who share similar cultural values. Several members noted the organization's role in helping them understand their Armenian roots and responsibility to preserve their heritage for future generations.
