AYF Albany Chapter Hosts Second Annual Talent Show

The Armenian Youth Federation Albany "Shoushi" Chapter held its second annual talent show on April 18 at Holy Cross Armenian Apostolic Church in Troy, New York. The event featured 12 young performers showcasing singing, dancing, and instrumental music, while raising funds for the chapter's Junior Seminar travel expenses.

Seniors Arek Bardakjian and Nanor Karageozian hosted the event, which introduced judges this year—Betty Minassian, Hagop Minassian, and Talar Varjabedian—who provided feedback and awarded medals to winners. Between performances, hosts led interactive games engaging the audience. The chapter emphasized the event's role in building community and helping members connect with their Armenian identity. Organizers noted strong audience enthusiasm and indicated plans to continue the talent show as an annual tradition.
