Armenian PM, Azerbaijani President Meet in Bishkek

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev held a meeting in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, according to Pashinyan's press secretary Melania Harutyunyan.

Pashinyan traveled to the Kyrgyz capital to participate in Shanghai Cooperation Organization summit events, including a meeting in SCO+ format. The bilateral meeting between the two leaders occurred on the sidelines of the broader regional gathering.

The encounter represents one of several diplomatic engagements Pashinyan planned during his visit to Bishkek, where he was scheduled to hold meetings with other foreign counterparts. The SCO summit provides a multilateral framework for discussions among member states and partner nations across Central Asia and beyond.
