Armenian PM to attend Eurasian Intergovernmental Council meeting in Kyrgyzstan
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan traveled to Kyrgyzstan for a two-day working visit to participate in a regular meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council in Cholpon-Ata.
According to reports, three agreements are expected to be signed during the meeting. These cover e-commerce regulations within the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), mechanisms allowing brokers and dealers to participate in exchange trading across member states, and mutual recognition of academic credentials among EAEU members.
Participants will also discuss development of a common agricultural market and address climate-related issues. The agenda includes discussion of railway infrastructure modernization and digitalization as part of EAEU cooperation with China.
