Armenian Heritage Park sculpture undergoes annual reconfiguration
A new shape, an enduring story at Armenian Heritage Park

The Abstract Sculpture at Boston's Armenian Heritage Park on the Greenway was reconfigured on Sunday, October 18, 2026, as part of its annual tradition. Using a crane, workers lifted and repositioned the two halves of the split rhomboid dodecahedron, constructed from stainless steel and aluminum, to create a new geometric arrangement. The sculpture's annual reconfiguration has become a distinctive feature of the park, which honors Armenian heritage and culture in Boston. The park, located on the Rose Kennedy Greenway in downtown Boston, serves as a significant gathering space and memorial for the local Armenian-American community.
