Armenia's Constitutional Court has begun hearings on challenges to the results of the June 7, 2026 parliamentary elections. Seven political parties—the Strong Armenia Alliance, Wings of Unity Party, Democracy Law Discipline Party, Prosperous Armenia Party, For the Republic Party, the Armenia Alliance, and the New Force Reformist Party—have consolidated their appeals against the Central Electoral Commission's official results announced June 14.

The court merged the applications into a single case at a June 21 procedural session, with Judge Edgar Shatiryan appointed as rapporteur. The Civil Contract Party, which won 64 seats, is participating as a third party. The Strong Armenia Alliance secured 29 seats and the Armenia Alliance obtained 12 seats under the official results.

Two Constitutional Court judges recused themselves due to potential bias concerns. The Prosecutor General's Office, Ministry of Internal Affairs, and Anti-Corruption Committee are participating as respondents.
