Armenia reaffirms commitment to EAEU cooperation at Supreme Eurasian Economic Council Meeting
Armenian Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan participated in the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council's regular meeting in Astana, Kazakhstan, where he reaffirmed Armenia's commitment to cooperation within the Eurasian Economic Union.
Grigoryan emphasized Armenia's dedication to economic stability and sustainable development through the EAEU framework, stressing principles of mutual respect and equal partnership. He highlighted several priorities: the development of artificial intelligence technologies, liberalization of trade in services, and diversification of trade agreements with third countries.
The deputy prime minister also noted the importance of harmonizing national regulations to improve business predictability and transparency across member states. He welcomed a new protocol extending financial support for agricultural cooperative projects, citing its role in strengthening food security within the Union.
