Armenia eyes $500 million tourism and gaming investment in Yerevan
Armenian Minister of Economy Gevorg Papoyan met with Global Tribe Gaming representatives on August 6 to advance a major investment project in Yerevan. The integrated gaming, hospitality, entertainment and tourism complex is being developed in partnership with Dvin Hotel Complex and Seven Visions Resort & Places.
The project carries an estimated total investment of approximately $500 million, with $40 million designated for adjacent real estate development, including construction of an additional hotel tower. Officials project the initiative will create around 1,000 jobs in the capital.
Meeting participants, including Deputy Minister Edgar Zakaryan and investment officials, discussed implementation details, taxation, licensing, gaming sector regulation, and payment systems. The complex is designed to meet international standards for a gaming and tourism destination.
