Armenia launches first AI factory powered by NVIDIA Blackwell Infrastructure
Armenia has inaugurated its first artificial intelligence factory, a significant development in the country's push to establish itself as a regional technology hub. The facility, located in the community of Gagarin, was developed by Armenian AI company ElevenEight AI and features the region's first NVIDIA Blackwell B300 AI Factory. The opening ceremony included government officials, industry representatives, and technology leaders. According to Armenia's Minister of High-Tech Industry Mkhitar Hayrapetyan, the center will support large-scale AI computing for model training and diverse business, scientific, and engineering applications. The first phase has secured $70 million in investments, positioning Armenia to compete in the competitive global artificial intelligence sector.
