Armenian and Omani officials met July 15 to explore trade opportunities in fresh fruits and vegetables. Deputy Ministers of Economy Arman Khojoyan and Anushik Avetyan presented Armenia's export promotion policies and highlighted the country's intensive horticulture and greenhouse farming capabilities to representatives of Oman's KV Group Company.

The KV Group expressed interest in importing Armenian agricultural products for the Omani market. During their visit to Armenia, Omani delegates plan to tour horticultural and greenhouse farms to assess products and export potential firsthand.

Both sides agreed to continue negotiations, organize business-to-business meetings with Armenian producers, and exchange information to identify practical cooperation opportunities. The discussions reflect Armenia's broader strategy to expand economic ties with Persian Gulf countries.
