Armenia Launches Digital System for Construction Quality Control

Armenia will introduce a unified digital platform to oversee construction quality, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced following a government meeting on institutional reforms. The system will digitize construction oversight and modernize the legal framework governing building projects.

The platform will consolidate all construction process participants on a single electronic system, enabling online approvals, real-time documentation of work, and supervisory access to project information. Officials plan to introduce new pricing policies, rating systems for construction companies, and stronger management standards for apartment buildings.

Pashinyan emphasized the importance of quality assurance and compliance verification at each construction stage, instructing officials to begin implementation steps. The reforms aim to increase transparency, accountability, and construction standards across Armenia.
