Armenia, Latvia Discuss Regional Connectivity and EU Partnership
Peace has created unprecedented opportunities for regional connectivity. Mirzoyan
Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan met with Latvia's Saeima President Daiga Mieriņa in Riga to discuss strengthening bilateral relations. The two officials emphasized cooperation in economic and energy sectors, as well as continued parliamentary engagement through the Armenia-Northern Europe-Baltic States platform.
Mirzoyan highlighted how the regional peace establishment has created new opportunities for infrastructure development and connectivity. The officials also discussed Armenia's strategic partnership with the European Union and mechanisms to strengthen Armenia's economic resilience.
The meeting included exchanges on regional developments, peace institutionalization, and humanitarian issues. Both sides expressed satisfaction with growing momentum in Armenia-Latvia relations and committed to advancing cooperation across multiple sectors.
