Armenia, France Deepen Economic and Space Cooperation
Economic cooperation is one of the primary directions of the Armenian-French strategic partnership
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan met with French President Emmanuel Macron at the Élysée Palace to advance bilateral strategic partnership. Macron invited Pashinyan to attend the first International Space Summit, emphasizing France's commitment to expanding cooperation across multiple sectors.
The two leaders highlighted economic cooperation as a primary focus of Armenian-French relations, with particular attention to Armenia's economic diversification efforts. They noted progress on the Bargushat tunnel construction project and stressed the importance of accelerating its completion.
Both officials also discussed regional developments, reaffirming their commitment to implementing measures that strengthen peace and stability in the region.
