Armenia Alliance Vows Continued Opposition After Court Ruling
Armenia Alliance to continue struggle following Constitutional Court ruling

The Armenia Alliance, an opposition coalition, released a statement July 6 outlining its strategy following Armenia's Constitutional Court decision to uphold June 7 parliamentary election results. The alliance maintains that the court's ruling does not address alleged electoral fraud or resolve questions about the legitimacy of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's government.
Five opposition groups have united around a common political agenda focused on opposing the current administration. The alliance, which received over 550,000 votes, said it will use its parliamentary representation to pursue four priorities: preventing constitutional amendments, defending the Armenian Apostolic Church, protecting political prisoners and Armenian prisoners of war, and removing the current government.
The alliance stated it will send an ideologically committed team to parliament while continuing political activities both inside and outside the National Assembly.
