Pashinyan meets US Chamber of Commerce on trade, investment
Pashinyan discusses investment opportunities and Armenia-US trade ties with US Chamber of Commerce representatives
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan hosted a working dinner with representatives of the US Chamber of Commerce to discuss economic ties and investment opportunities in Armenia.
US Chamber of Commerce Vice President Kush Choks said the meeting aimed to explore Armenia's business environment and economic developments. Pashinyan highlighted recent progress following his August 2024 meeting with US President Donald Trump, including the establishment of two artificial intelligence factories in Armenia.
The Prime Minister also discussed regional developments, including peace efforts with Azerbaijan and the TRIPP project to unblock regional communication routes. He presented updates on Armenia's economic sectors, government reforms, and business environment improvements.
The meeting marked the official launch of the Armenia-US Business Council, with business representatives posing questions to Pashinyan throughout the dinner.
