Armenian President signs decrees appointing members of new government
President Vahagn Khachaturyan has signed decrees appointing members of Armenia's new government following Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's recommendations. The appointments include two deputy prime ministers—Mher Grigoryan and Tigran Khachatryan—along with ministers heading major portfolios. Key positions filled include Foreign Affairs (Ararat Mirzoyan), Defense (Suren Papikyan), Finance (Vahe Hovhannisyan), and Health (Anahit Avanesyan). Additional ministers were appointed to oversee economy, education, labor, justice, environment, infrastructure, and high-tech industry. The government formation follows Pashinyan's appointment as Prime Minister on Sunday. The new cabinet represents a complete restructuring of Armenia's executive branch leadership.
